You fucking. Fat. Pig. Just because you know how to dress skinny doesn’t mean you are. You are 200 pounds. You wanna know what that is? Obese. You are obese. And yet, you still chose to eat. You still binge. You will always be fat at this rate.


But it’s okay, because I’m gonna help you. Here’s what we’re gonna do. No more than 1,000 calories a day this week. 900 next week. Then 800. Until you get down to 500. No food on Sundays. No food after 8 and NEVER food before 4. That gives you a four hour window, got it? No sweets. No sugar. Nothing fried. No soda. All healthy. Binge on fruit and veggies if you want, I don’t care. Drink water. Drink so much you have to pee, all the time.


What you eat in private, you wear in public. So no eating in private, only when someone’s around to see you consume.


Walk 10k steps a day, or work out and walk 7k. Better yet, do both. You should be sore everyday.


You’re fat. You know you are. But I’m gonna make you skinny. Thin. Beautiful. I’m gonna help you, okay? We can do this together sweetie.
